What is the operating process of a vulcanized rubber machine?
Vulcanized rubber machine is a device used for heating, pressurizing, and vulcanizing raw rubber. It mainly consists of rubber frame, vulcanization chamber, electric heating system, hydraulic system, control system, etc. The following will provide a detailed introduction to the operation process of the vulcanized rubber machine.
Preparation work: Firstly, the operator needs to inspect and prepare the equipment. Check if all components of the rubber machine are intact to ensure that the equipment can function properly. At the same time, it is necessary to check the working status of the electric heating system and hydraulic system to ensure normal temperature and pressure control.
Feeding: Put the rubber raw materials that need to be vulcanized into the vulcanization chamber according to the prescribed ratio. Before discharging, it is necessary to check whether the vulcanization chamber is clean and free of debris residue to avoid affecting the vulcanization quality.
Closed vulcanization chamber: Close the door of the vulcanization chamber and ensure good sealing. This is to maintain pressure and temperature stability during the vulcanization process, in order to improve the vulcanization effect.
Set vulcanization parameters: Set vulcanization parameters based on the characteristics and requirements of rubber raw materials. Mainly including vulcanization temperature, vulcanization time, vulcanization pressure, etc. The vulcanization temperature is generally between 150~200 ℃, and the vulcanization time is determined by the type and thickness of the rubber. The vulcanization pressure is also set according to the requirements of the rubber material.

Start vulcanization: After the vulcanization parameters are set, the vulcanization operation begins. Turn on the electric heating system and use the heating equipment to raise the temperature inside the vulcanization chamber to the set value. At the same time, start the hydraulic system and apply pressure to heat and pressurize the rubber raw material, causing it to undergo vulcanization reaction.
Control the vulcanization process: Throughout the entire vulcanization process, operators need to monitor and control according to the actual situation. By controlling the system, the temperature and pressure inside the vulcanization chamber are monitored in real-time to ensure they are within the specified range. If the temperature or pressure exceeds the set value, it is necessary to adjust the equipment parameters in a timely manner to maintain the stability of the vulcanization process.
Sulfurization completed: When the vulcanization time reaches the set value, stop heating and pressurization operations. Wait for the temperature inside the vulcanization chamber to drop to a safe range, then open the door of the vulcanization chamber and take out the vulcanized rubber products.
Cleaning equipment: After vulcanization is completed, the equipment needs to be cleaned. Remove residual rubber and debris from the vulcanization chamber, clean the heating system and hydraulic system. Keep the equipment clean and in good working condition for future use.
